Getting a child to sleep is often a battle for the parents, you never know what the best time is, what to do or what not to do and what is the best child’s bed so they have a quiet night. It may seem very difficult, but we separate some tips to make it easier at this time. The important thing is not to despair and force a schedule – let them get used to it gradually.

For a quiet and healthy sleep, it is important that the child sleeps for at least 12 hours. 
Your child should not go to bed too late, so try putting him in bed between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. 

Remember that a newborn baby usually wakes up at night, sometimes hungry or because he is feeling some pain. A dark and cozy little room can also help you in this process!

It is advised that the baby takes one to three naps during the day, the schedule will depend on the routine of the family. 

Usually, the child falls asleep after eating or playing with their parents – but remember: twenty minutes is essential for each nap and for the child to rest, otherwise it will impair sleep at night.

If one day you put your child to sleep at 9:00 PM prioritize this time. If you realize that you will not be able to follow this routine don’t stress. In the beginning, it is difficult to know the best time, but the important thing is that you do not wait long to define it – the sooner the better.

The bed can also interfere with the child’s night sleep.

It is important to do research before buying and know how to choose the right size for your child. A more attractive bed increases your child’s interest at bedtime – but comfort is essential.
